We apply three interview techniques for the selection of short-listed candidates.
This is for those who are too busy to come to Myanmar to interview the candidates selected in preliminary selection. We make every arrangement for the interview between employers and the employee through video conferencing.
Many employers visit Myanmar for final interview. We make all necessary preparation for interview. We call short-listed candidates for the particular day. We have fully equipped AC rooms and other modern facilities computers, telephones, internet, and all that an interview might need.
Sometimes manpower importing agencies give full authority to manpower consultant for entire selection procedures. In such case, we carry out interview on behalf of employer abroad and make all dispatching arrangements to the employment destination.

Then comes trade test. We form a selection committee before making a final decision for appointment. The selection committee includes representatives from different departments in the company. The selection committee carries out skill tests of all skilled manpower in the concerned discipline. Only those people recommended by the selection committee are selected for overseas employment.

All short listed workers will be sent to a government approved hospital or clinic for full medical examination and check-7up. They will be confirmed about their employment, if they qualify to pass minimal standard of Medical Fitness, provided by the employer.

The travel arrangement is the final procedure. After signing the contract with the employee, we make travel arrangements. This includes handing over important documents like original passport, air ticket/ bus ticket, travelling documents and other necessary things. In addition, we train them about travelling procedures to their destination.
